After the price confirmation, you can require samples to check the quality. Sample is available but charged, but we promise to refund the sample fee once you place the bulk order.

Covers are supplied using the latest in low wick, anti-fungicide high gloss white, flame retardant translucent or Opaque PVC in accordance to international standards including DIN 4102 B1, NFPA 701.
We have several ways to solve condensation problem, we can use double layer roof covers or inflatable roofing system, which is a better way than regular single layer roof cover to reduce the condensation. And besides, we can install exhaust fans on walls or triangle parts to make the air inside the structure flow to reduce humidity inside. Anyway, if there is a HVAC system used,it would be perfect.
If the wind speed is over 100km/h, we recommend to take off all PVC covers including the roof covers & sidewalls immediately to reduce the wind pressure and this would keep the structure safe. If the wind is not that strong (less than 80km/h), we could also withstand the wind with proper reinforcements of the whole structure, like we can add reinforced wind cables on uprights or fully install all steel stakes/expansion bolts on base plates.
We will cover the gap with different materials depends on different walling systems, soft PVC fabric is the most popular way to use and it is the most efficient way.
For sandwich panel or steel cladding walling system, we will use the same material to cover the gap.
We strongly recommed to clean the snow on roof regularly to make sure the dead load on roof is not that big, and also we have another way to melt the snow with salty water spraying on top of roof by sprayer fixed on top.
We have several solid walls available, such as ABS solid walls, Steel cladding walls, sandwich panel walls, glass walls etc. Which is hard walling system and can keep the structure secured.
We can use double layer PVC roof covers or inflatable roofing system, sandwich panel walls with sound absorbing layer and 100% sealing the gaps of the whole structure.
If the slope is not that big, we can solve it with customized upright connectors on bottom, but better altitude intercept is less than 50cm.
Need know first the specification of your existing structures, such as side heigth, structure system, and it would be helpful if the drawing could be given.
We will design a customized rain gutter to connect them. We have 3 kinds of rain gutters, soft PVC rain gutter, solid PVC one and steel rain gutter.
